To our Guests, both current and future:
We know you have been greatly looking forward to your upcoming trip to New Braunfels this summer. It’s easy to slip into fear and anxiety with the novel coronavirus news as it is truly an unprecedented situation for everyone.
We want to ease your anxiety about your travel plans and help you to make the best decision for your family.
With the unfortunate circumstances, we are offering an alternative to our normal cancellation policy for all reservations between now and August 31, 2020.
If you feel it is in the best interest of your family to cancel your stay, you may:
Cancel under the normal cancellation policy and receive a full refund (less any credit card transaction fees)
OR
Cancel under the new alternate cancellation policy and receive a full credit of payments made towards a future stay within two years of your originally booked dates
This alternate cancellation policy will stay in effect until at least April 30, 2020, and we will reassess at that time.
We ARE staying open if you choose to keep your reservation. Our professional cleaning team is following the CDC guidelines for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. You are welcome to social distance your family in comfort at our vacation home and enjoy the beauty of the Texas Hills located on 6 private acres.
We have a list of our favorite hiking trails and other activities in our digital welcome guidebook and will be adding more over the next couple days. The natural beauty of the area with fresh air and sunshine is our preferred way to spend time, and we want to make sure you know it is available to you if you choose.
We know it is difficult to plan anything right now and hope this helps as you make the decisions on what is best for you and your family.
We very much appreciate those guests who have already chosen to either keep their reservations later this summer or the credit for a future date as this helps our small family business through this unprecedented time.
